Working on “The Experiential Values of Work: A Case of Digital Transformation,” Amara, Mariana and Manahil aim to add more clarity to the factors that impact an employee’s experience during digital transformation initiatives, specifically in public institutions. Their ultimate goal is to provide a guide on how employee engagement can be maintained in the digitally-transformed workplaces. Amara is a junior psychology major exploring how employees interact with digital technologies and how to create human-centered solutions for technology users. Mariana is a fourth-year student also studying psychology while emphasizing in I/O Psychology. Manahil is majoring in Information Systems and will graduate next semester.
